Paul has more than 15 years of experience working on political campaigns up and down the ballot and all across the nation. Over the last 10 years, Paul has been based in Nevada where he has served as Executive Director of the Assembly Democratic Caucus, State Director for Pete Buttigieg’s presidential campaign, and the Executive Director of the Nevada Conservation League.

His experiences range from direct candidate management, running multi-million dollar Independent Expenditure campaigns, directing c3/c4 organizations, and winning races in some of Nevada’s most competitive and divisive contests - with the exception of losing to a dead pimp in 2018.
